Blog 3 – 25/3/18

A renown national artist (whose name I cannot currently remember!!!!!) wrote in the Artist and Illustrators magazine ‘if I can’t paint something I go and look at how another painter has painted it and copy what they did and how they did it’

This makes good sense to me (but it won’t to everyone), it takes away the angst and uncertainty of painting an image you find difficult and allows and allows you to learn from someone else, even though they are unaware of it.
